Serving the Kootenays East and West KCC&BS record of success is based on a planned system of consultation between its collectors, their clients and the debtors they are assigned to serve. Our collectors shall be informed on all policy procedures and guidelines prior to commencing collection action on outstanding accounts. All accounts placed with Kootenay Columbia Collection & Bailiff Services Ltd. shall be subject to a daily internal audit and supervision. All telephone numbers will be actioned on a daily basis until debtor contact is established. Every collection agency in Canada is governed by a very specific set of laws as set forth by the Federal and Provincial legislation. KCC&BS staff will ahere to these guidelines. Collections: Standard Agreement With KCC&BS Standard Agreement there is no annual membership fee, nor additional charges on our sale items. The collection percentage range from 35% to 50%. Client Activity Reports Client activity reports are an important communications tool between Kootenay Columbia Collection & Bailiff Services Ltd. and our clients. Reports are mailed out promptly upon request and verbal up-dates are available. These reports are in an easy to understand format detailing all telephone calls, all correspondence, current balances and payments between KCC&BS collections officers and the customer. Commercial Rent Distress To secure landlord's priority position on commercial rent arrears, we offer complete service including: independent appraisals, inventory records, advertising, searches, cartage, storage and liquidation. Government controlled rates. Residential Tenancy Evictions controlled under Residential Tenancy Act and enforced via The Court Bailiff system. Repairer's Liens Kootenay Columbia Collection & Bailiff Services Ltd. will file necessary liens with Personal Property Registry at a nominal cost. Subsequent seizures are processed promptly and efficiently and the security is delivered to your premises as per the act.Arrangements may be made for storage. Rates determined by provincial statutes
